Kayla has been in the fitness industry for many years and in many different positions. She joined the personal training field to encourage and educate people on exercise and healthy living. She specializes in weight loss, strength/conditioning, and general fitness. Along her mission to spread health & wellness, she has worked with a variety of clients with many different challenges such as paraplegia, severe obesity, and more. Kayla is passionate and dedicated to helping others achieve their personal goals and change their lives through all aspects of functional fitness and creative custom programs. Excellent gym! My husband and I just joined a few days ago, and this gym gets an A+ from us!  It offers EVERYTHING here. My husband lifts mostly, while I prefer classes and cardio. I burned close nearly 1200 calories in TWO classes today over 2 1/2 hours!
