Kristi received her degree in Athletic Training in 2007 and went back to school at the National Personal Training Institute in 2016. Kristi became a personal trainer because she wanted to help people feel comfortable in their own skin again. Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t always come easy for everyone, so she wanted to dedicate her time helping others understand how and why they should be living healthier. Having a healthy balance between the mind, body, and soul is very important to her and because of this she’s not only a certified Personal Trainer, but also a 200 hour registered Yoga Teacher.
