This unique enjoyable class includes a ballet dance inspired warm-up, belly flattening exercises, arm sculpting, backside toning exercises and thigh firming exercises for all fitness levels.
Foam rolling is also called myofascial release and is designed to work out the “knots” in your muscles. It’s a great way to gain and restore strength all around and have a positive effect on your workouts.
